Sbarc became the main marketing partner of Llangollen Food Festival since 2011. In that time we have helped secure the event as an annual fixture in the food calendar and given it a fresh identity and focus that enables it to stand out as a great event in its own right.
One of our first actions was to rebrand the festival. Hamper Llangollen was developed so that it could stand out from many “competing” festivals appearing in other towns and cities across the UK. We gave it a fresh, contemporary look. We helped the event tap into new revenue streams and marketing channels and maintained healthy visitor numbers at a time when there was a threat to the festival’s future.
Another key feature of our work was to build customer feedback into the event. Prior to our involvement very little feedback was received. Sbarc knew we needed customers’ thoughts and ideas so that the festival could be developed to meet and exceed visitor expectations and ensure the experience of Hamper Llangollen encouraged repeat visitors.
